Hello All,
This is my first post here.
I have had aquariums for more than 15 years. My latest one was a reef saltwater tank. Due to maintenance difficulties and lack of time to dedicate, I have changed it to freshwater again.
I have a couple of big can of saltwater floating pellets food for marine fishes and I would like to know if they can be used to feed freshwater fishes without problems.
Reading the food components doesn’t suggest any trouble with it but I want to be sure.
My aquarium has 138 litters and until now the population is 4 goldfishes.

Thanks for your advices.

Marcelo.

goldfish need a high protein diet as far as i remember, personally i wouldn't risk it. poor nutrition can lead to all sorts of problems for fish

Thank you Miss Wiggle; then I will discard them and use goldfish food.
