Hello
I have Green Hair Algae in my Marine Tank I have tried all sorts to get rid of it.
I have tried the Charcoal and Nitrate in the Filter.
I have tested the water and it is just about perfect. But still the algae grows on the rocks and filers and glass.
I have tried snails but the Shrimp eat them all immediately a very expensive dinner that day.
The only other thing I can think of is that the tank is to the side of my window and I am now wondering if it is getting to much light. Just want to ask the question as it will be an all day job to move the tank. So I want to be sure it may improve things before the big move.
Any other ideas anyone can think of are welcome.
