Maracyn - Will It Harm Your Good Bacterria

I'm planning on using Maracyn to treat BGA. Since Maracyn is an antibiotic im assuming that it will be harmfull to the goo bacterria in my tank. Has anyone had a problem with this in the past?

I have a BioWheel, so i was thinking about removing the wheel during the treatment...
