I have 2 male guarami's (dwarf) in my large tank well populated tank, and they get on fine, females can't hurt but do a 2 : 1 ratio, 2 females for a male or they'll chase them around the tank and stress them out ultimately killing them, you dont mention the size of your tank, but you could ust leave them as they are if there not attacking each other, and not disturb the peace so to speak.
