Male Swordtail

this is my very first baby swordtail.it took forever to decide wether it was male or female but when he did he turned into a real beauty.

thanks for the comments.his father is orange with a black stripe on his tail and his mother is dark blue and he came out a great mixture of both.

My tanks got a blue almost neony evening light - I bet he would look immense under that

That is a stunning male you have there Dnn3. Do you have plans to breed him with anything in particular or do you just like him for existing?

thank you oldman 47.actually,i posted his pic up on a previous thread and you commented on him before so thank you twice.he is in my 30 gal with his mother and for some reason she quit having fry months ago and i thought maybe they would breed but nothings happened yet.is their a certain type of swordtail you would breed him with?

All of mine are wild type that I don't cross but I find what can be done with crosses is fascinating. Just thought I would ask to get some insight into it.
