Male Ram And Red Honey Gourami

Hi

Does anyone have any experience on how compatable the Ram and honey gourami is.

I have had my rams for some time and I have just added the gourami yesterday but the Ram chases it around the tank. It seemed to get less as the evening went on.

If anyone has any experiences of these please advise.
