I've got a yellow platy which has a orange tail fin, who is definately male, who seems to be showing a gravid? spot (I think this is the term for pregnancy)

It's only when he goes past the light you get a good look (cos he goes see thorugh!), and it's like a black spot internally, not on the outside just above the anal fin normally where you look on the girls!! He seems a long lean fish who really doesn't eat alot, but seems healthy otherwise, just looks a little thinner than the others.
Is this anything to be worried about??
Any advice would be helpful
The water in my tank is all with parameters and the fish arn't showing any other symptoms, there is just two other female platies in the tank.
