Male Or Female Green Terror?

Male or Female? He/she is about 1-2 inch long.

He looks about 3 inches to me, I don't think he'd get so much colour and wouldn't be so bulky if he was 1 or two inches?Looks female if anything atm, since (now a ) she's got quite short fins...Not very sure on that though.
Should be a stunner when adult.

does it have a breeding tube at the base or is that poo?
can you get clearer pictures? males tube are long thin and pointy, females tube is fat short and stumpy
