My male fighter is getting nipped way too much, and I have set up my quarantine tank to Ph 6.5, and used some Biological supplement but the tank has only been setup for two days, will this be okay? I did a nitrate test which was yellow, and a Ph check which was 6.6 - 6.8. This will be just untill I get the chance to get rid of some fish out of my main tank. I have two female fighters, should I put atlest one in with him in the quarantine tank or is he best alone?

Here is the tank... http://img146.imageshack.us/img146/1585/dsc016485dq.jpg

He's best alone, like most bettas. What types of fish are in your community tank? Neons are prone to nipping at bettas long fins. So you're best bet is getting him a 1+ gallon bowl, and putting him in there, or just keeping him in the quarrantine tank and make that his home.

Yeah, just make sure to do water changes often, is there a filter in the tank?

I agree with JackDemp528 - keep him alone! The females can stay in the main tank unless you plan to breed from them - then see breeding post in betta section.
Do water changes frequently and you'll see just how much happier he may become!

I dont have a filter for it but i'll get one of them little ones which are like 4 inches high, i have a air pump i could put in but it makes alot of noise, will he be okay with out it? if i only put the air pump on while im not in the room will he get enough oxygen?

Bettas breathe from the surface. And make sure the filter current is all the way on low, and don't use an air pump. They don't like when there's a lot of water moving around. Their long fins make it harder to swim. I think he'll be happy in the new tank, just give him a few plants, but nothing sharp that he can catch his fins on. He'll be much happier. How big is the quarrantine tank?

Edit- And you can go without a filter in his tank, as long as you do weekly or biweekly water changes. I do 100% water changes atleast once a week, but it all matters what I'm feeding them and how messy the food is.

That filter will provide too much movement. I'd just remove it and don't bother with a filter or an air pump. They don't need it and iot will be too stressful for him.
