Just wondering if it does any harm to the male fancy guppies to stay in an all male tank, apart from denting their egos abit. I'm not putting them in with the females until I find a reliable source of guppy condoms!

Oh and I presume the female guppies will be just fine in a community tank without the men around? Right now they seem to be enjoying the peace and quiet.

My 35 gallon all male guppy tank shows no aggression towards each other. It seems males get more aggressive towards each other if there's a female to fight over and my females probably feel the most relaxed they ever have being by themselves for once. Don't worry moma they'll do fine :D
For you next guppies quesiton, reply in Livebearers forum (you'll get more replies there).

I have an all male guppy tank, and they seem to do fine. At first, they were little agressive, but they have calmed down a lot.
So, I think they should be okay by themselves :)

y do u want an all male guppy tank, i think they'll b much happier with a few females. it u dont want the babys just let nature takes its course.

Well guppydude I want to grow up the fry that are already in the 25 gallon first, there's about 10 in there, before adding more. Those 10 are the ones snowyangel couldn't catch before she moved. This is a tiny town and they are so overstocked with guppies around here that you have to give them away to the pet store. So I don't want more babies yet, I wouldn't know where to put them or what to do with them. Yeah, I feel sorry for the males :hey: but right now the females seem to really enjoy being alone in the 25 gallon.

I seriously believe if they're not sex active then they'll die at an earlier age. You may not agree but I stand by that 99.9% (have guppies of my own)...
