Male Betta Smaragdina

Not being into bettas myself, how do you manage rearing the fry especially males.

I haven't tried to raise any fry actually. I think I will give it a go sometime as I've found a shop that sells a large variety of live foods that would be small enough to raise them on but at the moment I don't have time to or the patience to try it. This is their second spawn in less than 2 weeks I didn't think that was possible but I guess it is. I'm thinking what got them in the mood was the temp change and I've started to feed them foods soaked in garlic occasionally.

I'm hoping maybe some will be able to survive on their own. It's a heavily planted tank with live plants and a lot of wood. I think there would be some small (microscopic) live foods in the tank that they could eat. I don't think their chances are too high though as mom and dad are pretty good hunters
