Some would have read my story, screwed over by a pet shop, 3 tank changes for the male fighter in a week.

Well today I've found my male fighter dead, not a great thing as really liked him.

I think he has suffered stress from all the tank changes for him and also the fact tank is still cycling hasn't helped.

Sorry for the lose it's always hard :(

So sorry for your loss

I had a betta get dropsy within a week of buying him and by week two he was dead. I think it's because they told me I wouldn't need a heater & he got too cold.

Sorry for your loss! :(
Don't give up! Now is the perfect time to have things done correctly ;)
Cycle your tank without a fish, and don't buy from that fish store again!

I have fish still in the tank. 3 mollies are happy as u like, very active and very healthy looking. Tank is basically at start of its cycle so fingers crossed I don't lose anymore.

2 female fighters have now been 're homed.

So 40ltr tank has only 3 mollies.

When tank is cycled and happy what should I go with in that tank.

I would recommend you return the mollies, as they get too big for a 40l.

Then you can finish your cycle fishlessly and get more appropriate fish once that's complete. Is your water hard or soft?

Whos right, who's wrong

So many say different.
