male and female ratio

Newbi question,
I know you have to have a ratio of 1 male to 3ish female swordtails. But seeing as platies and swordfish breed together, can i have 1 male, 1 female sword tail and 3 female platies. will that keep the balance ok?
be ok for breeding etc?

I think it's ok , but if possible I will try to get one more male platy , but don't worry too much about the ratio as long as it's not too way off, after all , after they got babies, the ratio will eventually moved
