Malaysian Trumpet Snails

10 x Malaysian Trumpet Snails (Melanoides tuberculata)

Mixed sizes, average 5mm, but will grow to 10 - 20 mm

I have a surplus of these in my tank at the moment so am offering these fantastic little snails for sale

They DO NOT eat plants, instead they root around in the substrate, looking for left over fish food and rotting vegetation, cleaning the tank as they go

By doing this they stir up the substrate, therefore helping to disperse any noxious gasses which may have built up through stagnentation, this process also 'fluffs up' the substrate and is therefore benificial to plant roots

The e-bay link shows a picture of the tank they will be coming from, as you can see, the plants are very healthy and vigorous. The tank overall is very clean with no diseases present

I will post Monday to Thursday to avoid the snails being stuck in the weekend mail. Postage will be by Royal Mail 1st class and the snails should arrive nextday
