Malawi Is Holding What Do I Do

Well i just found out one of my malawi's is holding .
she will not eat and when she opens her mouth i can see what look like eggs/fry, I cant seperate her as i have nothing to put her into,The only thing i have is a breeding net that hooks on the side on the tank.

Can i put her in there out of the way or should i just let nature take it course and hope some survive .

advice greatly needed
