It's frustrating, isn't it? My fish had ich for a month and a half, starting in October, I think. I treated with CopperSafe for a month and all that accomplished was killing off some of my Vals, before I removed 'em. Also had the temperature up. The Neons were the only ones showing symptoms - everyone else was fine. I finally took the Neons out, put 'em in a QT tank, and treated 'em with malachite green (half dose). That took care of it. I thought, 'Oh, good, now it's gone, and they should be less likely to get ich now, 'cause once they've had it, they're supposed to be (more?) resistant to it.' Yeah, well, I guess not...

The Rams each have a spot or two of ich this time, but otherwise it's just the Neons again. I like the Neons, but this ich is annoying. Having a planted tank makes it harder to treat, as does having Tetras, Loaches, and Catfish.
Good luck

I'd suggest turning your tank temp up to 86* or so, if your fish can handle it. Perhaps you don't have a heat-resistant strain like I seem to.
