I found a nice piece of wood and want to put it in my tank and am worried about it rotting....
I've stripped all the bark off and its been cooking for about 12hrs to dry it out.

Is there anything i can use to make my own?

My plan is to make a cast of the branch and cut it in half, stick it back together and fill with some sort of resin....

anybody know where i can get the right resin to do this?

Thanks Jake :shout:

I know nowt about aquarium safe epoxy.

But

Glasplies was fantastic in my mould making days, everything you need for moulding & casting. If you phone or email them they will do their very best to help & even send you a price list, data sheets & full instructions. I used to come out of the warehouse with a headache, not from the fumes but from the information overload. :S
