How can i get my two ocelaris clowns to breed?

You can't make them .

You just need a pair, optimum water conditions, a place they deem desirable to breed on and their willingness. Some clowns never reach this point.

how old and how big are they?

it can take years for a pair of clowns to reach sexual maturity. Then some wont spawn then either.

got them at a lfs so i dont know the age but one is about 2" and the other 2 1/2"
