Lumpy Head

My old fighter has recently started to get lumps on one side of his head. It started as one now the whole side of his head is lumpy and they eye on that side has gone cloudy. It has also spread down the side of his body and one lump on his head has gone white. He is being really lethargic and only comming to the surface to gulp some air once in a while. He was eating ok but the last couple of days doesn't seem very interested in food. Any ideas what it could be?

Can you get a pic up of the betta.
Cloudy eye is a symtom of a desease not a desease in it self, stress, bad diet, old age, parasites to bacterial infections.
Water stats would be good in ammonia ,nitrite,nitrate,and ph.
I would try a bacterial med.
Where the lumps are just check there no peirce red marks in that area.
