lump on gourami?

i posted this in the emergency section too
my dwarf seems to have a swollen bump on her cheek and the other day it became a little bloody spot
have you guys ever gotten this
i have never seen it before but i'm guessing its an ulcer
i'm treating it with melafix
what do you think?
and if it is an ulcer what could have caused it?

my betta is doing way better
the melafix wasn't doing much so i went to the store and bought a jungle fizz tablet especially for fin rot
he's almost completely healed.........
i'm getting day-ja-vou........
i think i already answered this question in another post.........
oh well,
any idea about whats on my dwarf gourami's face???
