Low flow on my canister filter

Hello everyone, I recently added a co2 reactor to my tank and I have noticed a huge decrease in the output of my E.X.T canister filter. All of the media is clean. Is there something else I need to check or change that im not thinking of? Or is the reactor just slowing it down that much?
