My choices would be:
Albino shark depends*
Black phantom tetras keep*
Silver molly keep*
columbian tetra probably get rid of, waste of space.
glowlight perfectly fine.
otto catfish get another 1.
white widow get rid of.
apple snail fine.
emperor tetra get rid of.
Platies get rid no need.

lots of those fish are quite tiny.. e.g silver molly, black phantom tetra. etc I think the tank will be perfectly fine once he gets rid of some of the big fish like columbians.

Mollies are not tiny, they get to be 4 inches, and black widows are schooling fish so the OP can't have a proper school of them unless they are the only fish in the tank,

well then if thats the case.. keep the silver molly until it grows big. I couldn't see a silver molly being 4 inches long..

Instead of him getting another platy get another silver molly and give the 2 platys

My favourite Lfs has some mollies, & believe it or not some platys in their display tank, that are at least 4 inches, if not more

They are probably platy and swordtail hybrids, if you can find some that aren't, they shouldn't grow that large

are the gourami's too bigg cuz i was thinking of getting one for my tank?

They could be hybrids I suppose, they are very big though.
