Looks Like Im Treating Ich... Again!

So... if anyone remembers my last tragic ICH epidemic....... it was awful. Killed almost my whole tank. Well... its been a couple of months... and I noticed tonight my guppies scratching all over the place!!!!
I just don't get it! Haven't added anything to the tank! What is going on!
I haven't saw any spots on them yet! So... maybe I will catch it early enough that I can avoid deaths.
There shouldn't be any reason for them to be stressed. Water is fine. Everything is fine... so... why is this tank so sickly???

What else is in the tank besides the guppies?
 
 
It could be a different parasite, like gill flukes, which will also lead to them 'flicking'.  Flicking can also be a sign of ammonia.
 
 
Have you tested all your parameters to make sure that's not the issue?

Guppies and plecos....
My test kit got.... "destroyed"....
I've been keeping up regular water changes...
And like I said, I haven't added anything new to the tank. Will gill flukes just show up out of no where?
