Looks Like Fin Rot But Im Already Half Way Through A Whitespot Treatme

Unfortunately one of my silver dollars has whitespot (purchased them 7-10 days ago) and im currently treating the tank with interpet. First dose went in saturday, the second dose is due wednesday. However today I have noticed one of my gourami appears to have fin rot of the dorsal fin (so far it looks like a minor fraying, possibly on its way down the spines now). Checking the interpet medication sheet it isnt possible to use fin rot treatment alongside whitespot so I am currently at a loss as to what to do about my gourami Unfortunately im struggling to take a decent photo but ill stick at it

any help is greatly appreciated

just adde dthe second dose of whitespot treatment, hopefully ill be able to treat the fin rot in a few days,although the whitespot hasnt showed signs of going yet
