Looking For Mid Ground Plants

hello, okay i am after some mid ground plants for my Green Phantom tank, does anyone have an suggestions, this is the tank at the moment in my eyes its very fore and background heavy and i feel needs some more mid ground plants, tank is only 15" tall so i prefer non talk plants
 
any idea? i do have an idea on what plants i would like bt i thought i shall open the discussion to everyone else see what they feel

Do you want high tech plants or low tech?
 
Doing with co2, and ferts etc ?

its a high tech tank with co2 strong light so any plant realy as long as its mid ground stays small maybe a wide plant? like the crypts but a tad taller
