Looking For Ideas With An Armoured Cat

i am looking foe a trio of pretty well armoured catfish to add to my ornatum tank. i am a big fan of the Doradidae species but have humbugs in my oscar tank and a megaladora thats in with the ornatums already so im looking for something a bit different that can withstand a scrape or 2 from what can be a slightly aggressive cichlid.

what ideas can people come up with?

just to add i dont want any kind of pleco....

not a huge fan of these as they always look fat....

some good sized banjo's ? not sure if they're armoured though. i love mine, scour the tank for the little puff of sand and a raised mouth, or at night when they come out, very odd shaped fish.

How about something from the Callichthys, Hoplosternum or Megalechis families?
