Looking For Another Cichlid

Sounds good to me :D Cheers for the link, I was expecting it to be a fair bit harder to locate them :p
Just wanted to check, as there's some conflicting info on pH range. Do you think a pH of 6.8 would be alright for them as long as I acclimatise them well?

Yeah i think any thing below 7 should be perfect fo them but like you said just make sure you acclimatize them well and should have no problems. Plenty of pics when yo get some because i wanted a few for ages.

Grand :D Thanks for your help Kizno ^^
I'll have to wait a couple of weeks to get them, (have to wait for money  ), but I'll be sure I get lots of pictures when I do.

Only problem is now having to find other fish to order from that site (you can't order under £20 apparently). I'm sure I'll find something :p

No worries- it's an excuse for me to buy something else XD I need an algae eater anyway, and am having no luck with find bristlenose plecs in my area.
I'm loving the common whiptail catfish- I've always admired them when I've seen them in shops, but was never sure if they'd be ok with my Laetacara.

My tank temp is 24 C, so that'd be alright for them. Can they be kept singly though?

If you can make it to Thetford i have 100s of BNs im trying to sell. Whiptails are great fish i plan on getting a group of Royal whiptails for my 30G to try breeding some time soon.

Temp will be fine and yeah they do great on there own or in groups doesnt really make a difference.

lol, Cheers Kizno but I live in North Wales- A bit of a drive :p I've not seen a single BN in this area, even gone so far as Wrexham way and nothing. Strange considering they seem to be so popular.

Right oh, a common whiptail it is then :D Lovely looking little things, and those Royal whiptails are gorgeous :D Good luck with breeding :good:

They're out of stock of common whiptails at the moment, but hopefully they'll have them back in stock once I'm ready to order the Checkerboards. I'm way too excited at the though of new fish now

Well the offers there if you ever want to

Cheer. I would think they would get more in the next week or 2 but not to sure. Good luck with new fish :good:
