My green cabomba died in the back right corner of my tank, so now I'm looking for either a similar kind or a totally different one! I have T8 lighting, liquid CO[sub]2[/sub], weekly fertilizer, and sand substrate. I was looking at kinds of anubias, and I really like Anubias lanceolata:

and Anubias congensis

If anyone has other recommendations, that'd be great!

A similar plant to Cabomba is parrot feather, Myriophyllum aquaticum
It does grow quite fast, but you can nip it off & make new plants

If you go with the anubias, they have to be attached to a piece of wood or rocks. Don't plant in the substrate. Anubias, cryptocryne, java fern also attached to something, giant Hygrophillia, I'm sure there are more...
