So I'm looking for a colorful (blue possibly beeing the main color) fish and I already am going to have a tiger pleco, 15 corydoras, and I would really want some Harlequin Rasboras. But I'm looking for ideas for a larger "centerpiece" fish that would be peaceful for the other fish.

maybe some Honey Gourami's? I have Dwarf Gourami's, but everyone is saying not to get them bc of there disseses, ect.
I was looking into dwarf gouramis but like you said everyone is saying that they have a disease named after them. How have your Dwarf Gouramis been? Have you had any issues with yours?

not really, they all seem fine, they are all healthy, I've seen them fight before, but only once, so they get along pretty well. I got my 5 a month ago, two are still timid and hide alot, but three hangout at the top and middle of the tank a lot.

Oh ok. Thanks for your experience. Did you get them from a store or online and if so which online store? If you mind me asking...

‘Community fish’ can be a 4,000g tank with fish like Arowanas and Redtail Catfish that all get along. Assuming you mean peaceful community fish, Gouramis aren’t the best. They are actually aggressive towards other fish, but mainly there species. That said, some gouramis are more peaceful than others. Honey Gouramis would be the most peaceful, followed closely by Pearl and Moonlight Gouramis.

Assuming neutral to soft water, Pearl Gourami could be a good option as mentioned above but if you want the blue the Moonlight might be better. If you had harder water Rainbow fish might be what you are after, Dwarf Neon, Boesemani, Kamaka or Kubutu are all incredible blue fish :)
