well i just got my new plants and 130watt aqualight(woooohoooo)and im gonna replant alot of things..i got some glosso but it looks tall and stringy..if i remember right i was reading a reply about how to prune and plant glosso but i cant seem to find it..i dont think the thread was about gloss inparticular just a reply..hmmmm..ive no experience so i wanted to give it a go..the plants a pearling like mad and i think glosso may have a chance in there now..i did a search on this forum but thought someone might be able to help before searching thru every thread with the word glosso..thanks dan

Nice to see my journal being used!! :D made me quite happy!

Just a note mate. If it is straggly stuff that is growing upwards. Plant it how it is for a week or two and let it grow. You will soon find that you will get side runners. Uproot the lot, cut the side runners and replant.

Thats what i did with the same lot, and if you look further into my journal you will see a picture of the stuff i have correctly replanted. With it being poor glosso again, i still have a few pieces that are growing up but over time i`m pulling them out and letting the correctly growing glosso fill in.
