Hey folks!
It's been a long long time since I posted a pic, so here goes.

are you going for a messier jungle scape or a neat and tidy natural? becuase if so, you might want to trim the back left, and also put a pink plant in there. like alternanthera reineckii lilacina.
 
do not trim the left hand vallisneria! lol i think it really completes the look, whatever you're going for :good:
but i do agree that a few red plants would add abit more colour.
all in all, its a fantastic tank and you DO deserve a medal lol
 
i would say trim the vallis otherwise it will block out the light, even if you dont like it after trimming it is a fast growing plant anyway so it will grow back. if you have some runners, plant them close to create a denser look.

I noticed a few people think thats Val, it's actually willow leaf hygro.
I it does need a trim in this pic, it has been trimmed since the post however, I was letting it grow out somewhat for propagation purposes. :)

A pair of never ending breeding rainbow cichlids.
