Long Pink Thing Hanging From Black Moor Goldfishs Butt

I have a 5 inch black moor and I came home today and noticed it has like a white/pink stringy thing coming from anal part of the fish. It looks like a placenta. Anyone help?

You sure it's not just pink poop? sometimes my goldfish have lumpy pink poop...

That was one of my young platies, the red thing is a prolapse which are unfortunately fatal almost all of the time. This platy died about an hour after I took those pictures.

I think it might just be a very big poo.
