Fish Crazy
i've recently had three of my four guppies die in my tank of either finrot or fungus or mixed which was either caused by water quality or the one guppy i've got left (who is perfectly healthy) being a bit bossy and picking them off making them weak.
is this common?
im concerned for her health as she appears to be pregnant or has been pregnant, and dont know when she will give birth or if she already has
she has a black patch at the back of her which i think is meant to indicate pregnancy and i've had her for about 3 weeks
i think she needs companions, as at the moment she follows round the corys and prefers to eat from the bottom with them rather than the top like she used to when there were other guppies. im worried if i get more guppies, she will get bossy again and it might result in more deaths. are there other types of fish eg mollies which can withstand a sometimes snappy guppy?
