Lone Female Angel Laid Eggs!

I had no idea that they would actually lay eggs without a male. Obviously they are infertile but its so interesting I just had to post the pics. 
 
She is actually fanning them like she would if they were viable and is being very protective of them. She was never been territorial before this but she is keeping the pearl gouramis as far away from them as possible and if they get anywhere near the eggs she chases them away. I love this hobby!! I wish I could put a male in there now. 
 
I do have a question though. Should I take them out? Will they rot and cause problems or will she just give up on them and the other fish in there just eat them eventually? 
 
 

 
 
They do this, the eggs will indeed rot, at which point she will likely eat them. If the aggression isn't too terrible then you can wait it out, but if it's a problem them removing the eggs will calm things down.
