he seems to be ok when swining around the tank just seems to stops for rests more often also he seems to be getting a really big belly see pics. Do you think he could have a problem?

Also i keep doing water changes and just cant get the nitrite level down not moved for the last 4 days

Big bellies can be constipation due to a bad diet, internal bacteria infection, to internal parasites, can you say what it looks like when he goes to the toilet, also is the anus enlarged or red and inflamed.
And state what you feed the fish.

They have been fed on bloodworms and flakes not seen him go to the loo yet sorry

Right what type of loach is he, you are giving him to much protein he needs some veg and other frozen foods.
