Live foods - good or bad?

I always use live but never found any in my pants I must be doing something wrong

I like using live the fish search all day till they have eaten itall.I just watch out for snails in the brine shrimp now,after finding one.

i buy them at 75p per pouch with is a long thin one, bout 4"x1"

At the moment I tend to go with frozen...........but that is because I have lots of fry in the main tank and am expecting another batch any day.

I would be worried that the fry would be gobbled up with the live stuff too.

Although it was funny watching all the little fry going round with mosquito larvae hanging up out of their mouths......

.......they all looked like little snorkelers swimming round.........
