Little White Spots

I bought a borneo today and it has these little white specks. I know what your thinking, ich. It's acting normal and everything, I'm just worried about these little white specks. I will take a picture later but does anybody think they know what it might be?

Are the spots fluffy?
Do they seem to be raised?
Did any of the other fish in the tank you bought him from have the white specks?

Yeah, they are fluffy and raised. None of the other borneos I bought from the same tank had it.

Need some more info on size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate, and ph.
Whitespot looks like the fish has been sprinkled in salt.
The spots do they have any redness to them in the centre or edging of the spot.
