Little Surprise In My Puffer Tank This Morning

2 months ago I set up a new brackish tank for a puffer.
 
Used media from my main tank to get the cycle running and just put a shoal of black tetras in for an ammonia source until the puffer arrived.
 
Puffer arrived, tetras removed, salt added to tank....that was 6 weeks ago.
 
Today in the tank, 2 baby tetras appeared from the weed!!
 
Have been wondering why the puffer has been off his food lately, probably ate the rest of the fry!!

Have removed the remaining 2 fry from the puffer tank and put them in my 360ltr main tank. Not sure if they'll survive as they are just about the right size for my Angels!! I'm guessing they'll have more chance in a heavily planted freshwater tank, than a brackish tank with a puffer who has a taste for tetras.
