Little Ickle Snail,

Simple question,
when I manage to find the snail in my tank again, If i put it into my outdoor pond will it live???
I have a Freshwater Tropical tank...
My pond only has Koi so they wont eat it..

i would imagine your taking about the malaysian snail very small cone twisted like shape?
wouldnt bother there little pests in my tank canne get rid of em....there ment to sercreat a substance into the water which is piosionus to fish

Should be able to adapt easiliy. It should live unless something else eats it. However i'm not sure if you'd be able to find it everyday if you put it in the pond.

I wouldn't put non-native species into the "wild" or somewhere they can easily reach the "wild"

Depending on the size of your tank, perhaps you could keep a few loaches? I hear clown loaches are excellent at this. I have kept 3 zebra loaches, they are small so might only be able to tackle the small snails for now
