i also dont thing you should keep angels and neons together as CFC said they will most likely eat them.

just the neons a swordtails maybe gt some platies aswell.

No discus and no angel fish, your tank isnt big enough for either. With a smallish tank like a 30g stick to fish that will remain under 4" when full grown.

YES, Just the Tetras and a couple of Gouramis.
