Liquid Fert. + Advice On High Ph Planting

Hi, I`d like some advice on plants for a tank with hard water and a high Ph (Tanganyikan Tank) I`ve got some Vallis and Anubias growing "ok" .
Has anyone any advise or tips that might help ?
Are there any other plants that may be OK ? Maybe Java Fern or Crinium ?

Also can anyone recommend a decent value liquid fertiliser ?
