Where do lime come in the water? Does it effect the fish i mean is it a disease? Will it make fish die? How can i get rid of it? Is it good to change water every 1 month 40%?

There is lime in rocks and soil so it gets dissolved in rain water. Different fish prefer different amounts of lime in the water, Amazon fish prefer less lime (soft water) for example. No its not a disease. You can measure the amount of lime in the water with a KH test. Water changes are probably better once a week 20% depending on how many fish in the tank.

OK what type of fish like lime in the water. I have goldfish and 2 sharks and 2 gouramis. My goldfish half of them dead i still have 2 of them. The other fish are good and fine.

To the best of my knowledge, lime isn't necessarily bad for the fish but it will raise your pH quite a bit. I could definitely be wrong but i doubt the lime in the water killed your gold fish. What size tank are your fish in and what are your readings for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH?

He's already done a thread on this;

http://www.fishforums.net/index.php?showtopic=196807&hl=

He needs to give more info on his situation so people can help him, i spent a long time in his previous thread writing out info and asking questions and he didn't answer all the questions like test results for water stats etc. People can't help him until he gives more info on his situation- it looks like he hasn't even bothered to read half the info i gave him in his last thread etc.

Lime comes from limestone.
Wikipedia:
"Limestone is a sedimentary rock composed largely of the mineral calcite ... The primary source of the calcite in limestone is most commonly marine organisms"

You need not worry about lime in water, unless you have other information.
Water that percolates through soil with alotta limestone is hard water.
What are your pet store people saying about water hardness in your area?
Depending on where you live, you can figure what is in your water by asking the local fish store.

Well my tank is 33 gal tank have 2 gouramis 2 shark and 2 goldfish. I know the reason tropical and colwater thing.. but they have been living together for more than 1 month. He tested the water it turned into brown he told me bad water need to a water change and a gravel cleaning. So i did what suppose to do then i added the treatment that i bought.

If your tank has only been set up for a month, the reason you are losing fish is most likely ammonia and nitrite poisoning. If you haen' been changing the water at least every other day, your ammonia and nitrite levels would have been off the chart high and they are both toxic to fish. You need to buy a good liquid master test kit so you can test for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH. Until your tank cycles and the toxins are gone, you will continue to lose fish. The only way that the lime plays into this is that lime raises your pH AND ammonia becomes more toxic as the pH rises. So the lime is making the ammonia extremely toxic. I'm really surprised you haven't lost all your fish.
