Lilaeopsis Brasiliensis

I have a fluval roma 125 which contains 20w aquaglow and a 20w powerglo is this enough lighting to grow LIlaeopsis Brasiliensis
I want a grass effect in my tank with larger plants in the background, at the moment I have 2 pieces of anubias nana growing on bogwood.
Fish wise I have 6 x cardinal tetras, 4 x threadfin rainbows, 8x harlequins, 5 x emerald eyes ras and 6 corys and 2 mountain shrimp.

I'm guessing none of these fish are destroyers of plant?

It should be fine, a quicker growing plant IME is eleocharis acicularis & eleocharis parvula.
