Hi all
Just a quick question . How long do you keep your lights on ?
Mine on from 5.30 till 11.30 is that to long or not enough ?

Do you mean 5.30pm-11.30pm?

If so, I'd say that's not really long enough but it depends how heavily your tank is planted. I personally leave my lights on from 9am-7.30pm

6 to 12 hours, depending on the set-up. Most of the lighting period is during actual daytime.

Yes pm. Tank not planted yet , does that make a difference?
