Lights For Fluval 125, Also Got Fungus/algae Help

Hello just wondering what bulbs i should have in my hood for a planted tank as i have got one blue bulb and one white one what would you recommend, also got a white fungus near enough all across my gravel help really needed!!!!

you can get special plant lights, or you can just buy lights which are in the blue and red spectrum's, avoid greens and yellows as plants leaves reflect theses colors anyway, you could get a white light as well if you wanted, what does the fungus look like?
