I was looking at lighting for my planted tank, 36" wide, 24" high and looking to get around 2-3 WPG but having trouble finding an affortable lighting choice. http

I am also looking for a filter, or fixing this one I have. The one i have does not have a top, but it is one of those marineline bio-wheel filters. Seems to be the 400 model. But there is no bio-wheels either or filter pads. Looking to getting the parts, or getting a new filter. Possibly a canister filter.
So any ideas about this would be helpful. Thanks.
