Lighting

Which lighting do you most prefer? Blue? Green? or just plane white?? I might of missed a few colors...

I use a redish tube on my main tank as it gives a nice dull look which my catfish preffer but on all other tanks i just use standard household tubes.

yea yea..hey for some reason, one time I used to green lighting and then about a week later, my algea seem to grow faster or somrthin...i didn't overfeed my fish or leave the light on all day, but it was kinda weird. I went to the LFS and they were like "green light is usualy bets used for well live planted tanks because it seems to help the plants or somethin. So i was like OO oka..Soo today imma go down to this place called "Animal Jungle" where I get all my fish. That place is sOO AwSome. i don't know if U have it where you are, but here in va, it's sOO good. Im thinkin of buying some blue lights.
