Lighting

Just wondering how long do you keep your lights on for? Cuz after they have been on all day and its night my cherry barbs seem to go crazy and all start swimming into the glass, and when I turn off the lights they seem to be fine.

thats somethine ive never heard of before.. hmm i keep my on roughly 10 hours on , 5 on 2 off then 5 on again
