Lighting Timer

Hi,
Does anyone know of an inline timer that can be fitted to the lighting circuit of an aquarium and is available in the UK. I'm not after a plugin timer as I still want to use the cable tidy, so that my tank only occupies one plug socket. So any timer that can be wired into the supply circuit for the lighting abd is suitable for flourescent tubes would be great. Any advice would be very appreciated.

Could you use a short extension lead between your cable tidy and the plugin timer? I'd imagine this would be a cheaper alternative.

The problem I have with that is that the lighting cable connects straight into the cable tidy and if possible, I want to keep the amount of plugs to a minimum as we have two tanks running from the same socket.
