i am setting up a 6.5 x 2 x 1.5 tank pic but it has no lights at the moment, so was wondering what my options are?

i want to keep the cost as low as possible

and i have 4 t8 tubes (that i think work)so was thinking about somyhing like this but a double one i have seen and getting two of them

or would strips of leds be better?

Yeah, I'd go with the four t8s. Look on ebay for second hand ballasts.
